Honest data means admitting fixes. Every correction and methodology change that affected published numbers is logged here, newest first. If you spot something wrong, message us on WhatsApp and it lands on this page.

August 2026

• Fixed a rental-data ingestion gap: one of eleven Ejari export files was skipped by a filename pattern in every earlier build (roughly 10% of rent contracts). We rebuilt the full dataset and verified zero drift in published area metrics, but the sample counts behind them grew. All current figures use the complete set.
• Fixed the data-freshness badge, which could show a count one day off depending on the viewer's timezone. It now counts calendar days in the viewer's local time.

July 2026

• Added a hand-verified OpenStreetMap boundary for Damac Hills (the Al Hebiah Third administrative area), which previously had no polygon in any of our sources. Map only; no metric changed.
• Historical monthly reports (January to June 2026) are rebuilt from month-end snapshots with outlier yields (outside 1 to 15%) and growth figures (outside -40 to +60%) shown as null rather than published, matching the live-site honesty rules.
• Corrected map coordinates for several project pins after web verification against developer masterplans; the affected pins had been placed from area centroids.

Standing rules

Per-square-foot figures are suppressed below 10 registered sales. Pre-launch prices are developer-sourced or shown as TBD, never estimated. Yields are gross and area-level. When the data is too thin, we show a dash, not a guess. The full method is on the about page.
